The main basis for the intellectual property management system certification is the "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Specification" (GB/T29490-2013), which is formulated by the State Intellectual Property Office, approved and promulgated by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standardization Administration. It is the first national standard for enterprise intellectual property management in my country.
