Job Responsibilities:1. Effectively promote and implement the internal and external process work of registration affairs, assist in the management of registration projects, and follow up the progress of project implementation.
2. Responsible for the collection and compilation of data in the process of registration management, and the compilation of various information resources within the department.
3. Assist the communication and coordination between this department and other departments, and do a good job in the management of documents and the uploading and issuing of document information.
4. Assist in the relevant work of department system construction.
5. Query, organize and analyze laws and regulations, and the latest dynamic information.
6. Responsible for the daily affairs of the department, meeting support, and the organization and follow-up of meeting minutes.
7. Complete other work arranged by the company leaders and department heads.
Job Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above, no major limit.
2. Proficient in using office software and good document processing skills.
3. Optimistic, cheerful and motivated, good communication skills and coordination skills, and able to withstand high-intensity work pressure.
